Based in beautiful North Carolina, I’m a wedding, family and senior photographer with a heart for real moments, golden light, and the kind of love that makes your chest feel full.
Photography, for me, isn’t just about pretty pictures. Though, don’t worry, we’ll get those too. It’s about creating a space where you can be fully present and comfortable, while I document it all in a way that feels natural and true to you.
McKenzie and Luke were married on a gorgeous day at The Barn and Branch at Cranberry Creek Farms, and it was one of those weddings where everything just felt right. Perfect weather, a stunning setting, and so much genuine love woven into every part of the day.
The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. Set on a Christmas tree farm, the ceremony space sits beside a creek with rolling hills of evergreen trees in the background. Everywhere you looked, there was something beautiful. Later in the day, we explored more of the property, including a peaceful spot by the river and a scenic overlook at the top of the farm, where the views stretched out over the trees and mountains under the most beautiful sky.
McKenzie and Luke were made for each other. Their first look was incredibly special. Throughout the day, they moved together so naturally, sharing laughter, tenderness, and so many authentic moments that made photographing their wedding such a joy.
As the sun set, the celebration began. There was dancing inside and a fire pit outside. Surrounded by family and friends who clearly adore them, McKenzie and Luke danced, laughed, and soaked in every moment of their wedding day. They ended the night with a joyful sparkler exit. the perfect send off to a day filled with love, beauty, and meaning.
Weddings like this are truly why I do what I do. Witnessing the love between two people and documenting it in a way that brings those moments back again and again. McKenzie and Luke, thank you for trusting me to capture your day. I’m so excited to share some of my favorite moments below.
