about my life

I’m a free spirit by nature. I love the mountains slightly more than the beach (but I’ll never say no to either), hot tubs under the stars, roller skating just for fun, and getting lost on a good hike.

I’m happiest outside or surrounded by plants, kids, animals, music, and art. I’m an avid concert goer, a yoga lover, and someone who believes creativity shows up in a lot of different forms. I don’t rush through life if I can help it, and I’m always paying attention to the small, beautiful stuff along the way.

Being a nurse has taught me how to stay grounded when things get intense, but my heart leans toward joy, movement, and connection. I care deeply about people, stories, and creating experiences that feel real, relaxed, and meaningful.

Hello!

inquire about your date

I grew up in Northern California, spent a year in Vermont and a year in Nevada, and eventually found my way to North Carolina, where I’ve been for over two decades and truly call home. I’m genuinely comfortable around different personalities, backgrounds, and stories, and I approach everyone with the same respect and openness.

I’m naturally organized and a hard worker. I like things to feel clear, thoughtful, and handled, whether that’s planning ahead, keeping communication easy, or following through on what I say I’ll do. I take pride in being dependable and showing up prepared, so the people around me don’t have to worry about the details.

At the same time, I don’t believe life (or work) should feel rushed or chaotic. I’m intentional about creating a sense of ease, staying present, and doing things with care. That balance, being prepared and grounded while leaving room for joy and flexibility, is something I value deeply in both my work and my life.

"Jessi Paige is worth her weight in gold. Literally. You would be lucky to have her photograph an important moment in your life. Not only does she capture photos beautifully, but she puts even the most skittish grooms at ease. She made me feel beautiful, and I knew I was in capable hands. Remember, this is the person who captures the memories from some of the biggest days in your life. She is both a wonderful human being and an artist. I cannot tell you how strongly I recommend her. I hope my new husband is okay with a photoshoot once a year for the rest of our lives."
