Based in beautiful North Carolina, I’m a wedding, family and senior photographer with a heart for real moments, golden light, and the kind of love that makes your chest feel full.
Photography, for me, isn’t just about pretty pictures. Though, don’t worry, we’ll get those too. It’s about creating a space where you can be fully present and comfortable, while I document it all in a way that feels natural and true to you.
Laura and Micah were married on a perfect fall day filled with joy, warmth, and rich autumn color. Their ceremony took place at Christ Episcopal Church in Albemarle, North Carolina. It is a breathtaking stone church with timeless architecture and a peaceful atmosphere that made their vows feel even more meaningful.
Following the ceremony, everyone gathered at the Old North State Club in New London, North Carolina for an evening of celebration. The weather couldn’t have been better, and the colorful sunset by the lake gave us the most beautiful light for portraits before the night officially kicked off.
Their reception was full of energy and pure happiness. The kind of party where the dance floor stays packed all night. One of my favorite moments of the day was their birdseed and rose petals exit, a joyful, colorful send off that perfectly matched the excitement and love surrounding Laura and Micah.
It was an honor to capture such a meaningful and fun filled wedding day. Scroll down to see some of my favorite moments from their Asheville fall wedding.
