Kaitlin & Ben are Engaged!

Photography, for me, isn’t just about pretty pictures. Though, don’t worry, we’ll get those too. It’s about creating a space where you can be fully present and comfortable, while I document it all in a way that feels natural and true to you.

Kaitlin and Ben’s Tanglewood engagement session was a dream! I met them last Friday evening at Tanglewood Park in Clemmons. The weather was warm, the sun was shining and all of the spring flowers had started to bloom. I couldn’t have created a more perfect day for an engagement if I tried.

I already feel like Kaitlin and Ben are old friends! They are such a grounded and fun couple. I had the best time getting to know them and can’t wait for their big day.

We started their engagement session at the Manor House and the Arboretum. The glow across the tulips and wisteria was gorgeous and their clothes matched everything perfectly. We even saw a bunny eating flowers. He makes an appearance on the blog if you can find him!

Next we headed to the chapel. The chapel is right next to the golf course and we nearly got hit in the head with a golf ball! I think was totally worth it for those pictures.

We ended the session at the lake and the glow across the water was perfect. I love all of their pictures from the giggles to the soft, romantic moments.
