Emily & Jason are Engaged!

Based in beautiful North Carolina, I’m a wedding, family and senior photographer with a heart for real moments, golden light, and the kind of love that makes your chest feel full.

Photography, for me, isn’t just about pretty pictures. Though, don’t worry, we’ll get those too. It’s about creating a space where you can be fully present and comfortable, while I document it all in a way that feels natural and true to you.

Emily, Jason and I met at Clodbuster Farms last weekend for an early sunrise session. As soon as I took the first picture I knew that Emily and Jason’s session was going to be magical! They are so much fun to hang out with and we have so many things in common. Emily & Jason compliment each other perfectly and they had me laughing the whole time.

Emily’s Mom brought their dogs Zoe & Ruthie for a few pictures and they did so well! Just wait until you see how cute they are! The weather was amazing for a February morning, the golden light was perfect and their outfits were awesome. I love that they brought their team shirts for a few pictures. Emily is a Carolina fan and Jason is a Notre Dame fan. Somehow they still managed to fall in love!

After spending some time on the farm we headed to downtown Kernersville to finish the session and found some beautiful architecture. I cannot wait for these two to get married in August. I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them!
