My sweet nephew Chandler is celebrating his half birthday today. He loves to smile, babble, chew on his hands, hug on his Mom and Dad and he is so ticklish! He is also just starting to sit up so we did a sitter session for him at his Nanoo’s house! Sitter sessions are one of my favorites. Around 6-7 months when babies start sitting up they love to just sit and smile! No chasing babies means lots of pictures quickly! We did all of these photos in less than an hour including clothing changes, setting up an in home studio and a few near tumbles from Chandler! The golden winter light was beautiful through the trees and we had perfect and warm December weather. Can you believe this was a little over a week ago and it’s snowing today?!? North Carolina you continue to confuse me!

Watching my nephews and nieces grow and change is such an amazing experience. I never thought I would get to be called Aunt since I don’t have any brothers or sisters. Luckily, my husband has 7 total (with step and half) brothers and sisters. We have a lot of little ones in the family! Chandler you are such a special kid and I hope you have a wonderful half birthday today. I can’t wait to see you playing in the snow! I wish I was there to take pictures!
