I met with the Nation’s family this past weekend at High Rock Lake. Our first session was rained out and we had to postpone it. Luckily we moved it to this beautiful location and the sunset there did not disappoint. Megan, Jonathan and Kadence are wonderful people and their love is evident. There were laughs all around and my favorite part was the way that Kadence laughed at her Stepdad. My husband Chris and daughter Ava are the same way. The love between stepparents and their stepchildren is such a special one!

Megan and Kadence had a blast during their mother daughter photos. Kadence made it clear that she was not the cheerleader that her mother was. She is much more of a softball girl for right now! Her personality shines through the photos and she looks beautiful. She obviously took after her gorgeous Mom. The whole family has amazing smiles and I was happy to capture a few memories for them! These are some of my favorites of this summer. Hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them.
