Chelsea & Jared were married this past weekend in Boone, NC! They are loved by so many people! They had a huge wedding party with eight bridesmaids and eight groomsmen! Chelsea and Jared have fraternal twins Beau & Eleanor who were there throughout the day and were both perfect angels.

Jared & Chelsea chose to have their first look at the Moses Cone Manor where they not only had their first date but Jared proposed there as well. He proposed along the railing overlooking Bass Lake and I just love the pictures of them in their wedding attire at the exact spot where they decided to become husband and wife! We headed over to Howard’s Knob Park for wedding party portraits and it was a beautiful area for pictures overlooking the mountains!

The wedding was held at the Advent Christian Church in Boone. The inside and the outside of the church are picturesque. The ceremony was officiated by a preacher who married Chelsea’s parents in 1979, her sister in 2012, and her brother in 2015.  He also provided funeral services for all four of her grandparents. He did such an amazing job and his words were full of meaning.

After the ceremony Chelsea & Jared drove off in his Dad’s beautiful cherry red 1966 Ford Mustang. Wait till you see the pictures of this beautiful car! In Chelsea’s sisters speech she mentioned that both families love Ford cars. Jared & Chelsea are meant to be!

The reception was held in the Solarium at the Plemmons Student Union at Appalachian State University where both Jared & Chelsea attended. My favorite decoration was the table full of wedding pictures of Jared & Chelsea’s parents, grandparents and other family members.

The weather was calling for a one hundred percent chance of thunderstorms during the times we had scheduled for bridal party portraits. The storms held off until the reception. I couldn’t have planned it better myself. Even the wedding coordinator, Melissa, said that it was the most beautiful day in Boone this year! The day was absolutely perfect and their love was evident.
