Doughton Park Blue Ridge Parkway Engagement

Vanessa and Matt met me last weekend at one of favorite spots on the Blue Ridge Parkway, Doughton Park.

We had so much fun getting to know each other. They were walking, skipping, twirling and dipping with the mountains in the background!

Vanessa and Matt both went to Appalachian State University and they met on a school trip to Paris! When I asked Matt to fake a French accent he did it perfectly! These two are so adorable together.

The weather for their session was so amazing! We had sunshine, clouds and a stunning sunset. We even got to see the beginning of the fall leaves turning.

I can’t wait for their wedding at The Barn at Cranberry Creek next May. Thank you Vanessa and Matt for trusting me to capture your memories. I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them!
