Hello, dream adventure session! Tiffany and Thomas are such an amazing couple. From the moment Tiffany emailed me I knew this was going to be an amazing day.

Tiffany and Thomas have camped at Max Patch in the summer before. She knew they wanted a session there because she had fallen in love with the views and the wildflowers. It was my first time here and it did not disappoint. The weather was perfect and the clouds made it look oh so magical!

I met Tiffany and Thomas at their house near Asheville last week. They were celebrating their engagement session by sharing some champagne! They wanted to get pictures with all of their animals before we headed to the mountains.

When it came time for photos their cats Narr & Jaybird were nowhere to be found. We got some adorable pictures of their dogs Spot and Dipstick though! They also have an amazing porch swing that came in handy for snuggles.

After that we headed to Max Patch in the Pisgah National Forest. We talked and got to know each better other the whole time. They are fascinating people who love travel, political science, food and all kinds of adventure. I loved hearing their stories!

On the way to Max Patch we stopped by a creek. I saw it and said “oh how pretty” and Tiffany said “can we go take pictures there?” Of course, I never turn down an opportunity to take photos! Tiffany & Thomas even took off their shoes and waded in the creek for awhile.

We headed up the mountain for more adventure and a few (thousand) bugs on the way. Once we got up to the top the bugs cleared and I couldn’t stop taking their pictures. Just wait until you see the views.

Tiffany and Thomas are so in love and so happy! We joked, laughed and had fun the whole time. When I suggested they frolic Tiffany said “yesssss, let’s frolic like Frodo!”

My favorite moment was when Tiffany was changing and Thomas started making a flower crown for her to wear. It was made of purple flowers and matched her dress perfectly. These two are the bees knees y’all!

Thank you Tiffany and Thomas for trusting me to capture your memories. I can’t wait until your wedding next year at Dewberry Farm! I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them.
