This session actually started a few weeks ago. Jackie and Josh met me on an overcast day up at Pilot Mountain. When we got to the top it was covered in a fog bank, misting and freezing!

We could barely see around us because of all the fog but we got a few amazing pictures in a matter of minutes. Since this was the only location, we decided to reschedule. The second day we met did not disappoint!

Although it was cold and windy we caught some amazing mountain views and it was totally worth it! Jackie and Josh are so in love with each other. You can see it in everything they do.

They treat each other with such gentleness and kindness. Can we just talk about the engagement ring for a minute? It is one of my favorites that I have photographed all year. Just wait until you see it.
