Based in beautiful North Carolina, I’m a wedding, family and senior photographer with a heart for real moments, golden light, and the kind of love that makes your chest feel full.
Photography, for me, isn’t just about pretty pictures. Though, don’t worry, we’ll get those too. It’s about creating a space where you can be fully present and comfortable, while I document it all in a way that feels natural and true to you.
I met with Brooke & Matt last week at Clodbuster Farms in Kernersville, NC. Brooke & Matt met in high school and have been dating for almost 11 years! I told them that they beat the record 7 years that my husband and I dated. You can tell that these two have been together for awhile. They fit so comfortably together and the poses came naturally to them! One of my favorite parts was when I asked Matt to bring his hand up to touch Brooke’s face and I didn’t need to give him any direction. He has obviously done that a time or two before!
We had such a good time on this shoot! Brooke & Matt brought adorable pumpkins and save the date signs that we had fun incorporating into their shots. They picked a perfect day at the farm. The cloud cover allowed us to wander all over the farm and the sunset was the most amazing I have seen there. Scroll down to see a photographers dream sunset! Even Matt had to grab his phone to document the beauty! I’m looking forward to their wedding at Weathervane Winery next year!
A big thank you goes out to Zane from Clodbuster Farms for allowing me to do so many photo shoots there! Check them out online they have lot of activities to take part in year round.
Hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them!
