It has been almost 12 months since I have seen Miss Hensley. What a difference a year makes! I was lucky enough to take her newborn pictures and since then she has grown into a beautiful, happy little lady. I met with Hensley and her parents in Winston-Salem this past week to take her first birthday photos. She was a ham for the camera. Wait till you see her sweet grin with the teeth showing! We threw in some photos with the whole family too.

Hensley loved her cake and was absolutely adorable when she realized how good it tasted. She was a girl after my own heart because she cared more about the icing than the filling! It was a gorgeous day when we arrived and then the clouds and thunder came out to rush our session along. However, I think we were able to capture the best photos! We got everything packed up and as we were standing around talking the raindrops started falling. By the time I got home it was a complete downpour.
