Christina & Philip are Engaged!

My good friends Christina & Philip are engaged! They are so much fun to work with and you will see how much they make each other laugh. Not only do I get to take pictures of them, I get a mini vacation every time we see them! These two are smack dab in the middle of all the planning and wedding festivities for their June wedding and I was happy they found time for the photos! The last time I took pictures of them was right before they got engaged. That session was on the beach so this time Christina wanted to do a downtown Wilmington shoot. Their wedding will be in Wilmington and they both work there so the city holds a special place in their hearts.

We had an extremely overcast day to work with which gave us the opportunity to shoot everywhere with no harsh light. You will see the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, the Courthouse, parts along the Riverwalk that weren’t shut down and the USS North Carolina Battleship even makes an appearance if you look closely enough. We also found lots of green spring trees and shrubs to pose with!

I can’t wait to take their wedding photos on June 11th!
