Meet Hudson Bodhi Vogel or as his Mommy calls him “Huddie Buddie.” Hudson was born on March 24th and I was lucky enough to meet him the day before he turned 2 weeks old. Hudson’s Mom and I work together and if Hudson has even half as much personality as his Mom does he is going to be an awesome kid! I have already had the pleasure of taking pictures of Courtney, Matt and their daughter Laila. Laila is a beautiful girl with big blue eyes and a huge smile who loves her little brother so much. She was so sweet and gentle with him. In one of my favorite pictures she is holding him and you can see how proud she is to be a big sister!

On Wednesday I traveled to the Vogel’s house in Winston-Salem and we did a newborn lifestyle shoot. I love this type of session because I get to document a moment that the children can look back on in the future. They will get a glimpse of their home and their lives when they were young. Little Hudson has the most amazing dark brown hair that shapes into a baby mohawk and he has big dark blue eyes. He has a calm energy and you can already tell he is a thinker. His eye contact with the camera was amazing for a newborn. The whole family is head over heels for Hudson and you can see why! You will fall in love with him as soon as you meet him!
