I had the pleasure of meeting 10 day old Carter on March 14th. He was such a peaceful baby during the session. He came in fast asleep and let me pose him so easily. One thing he really loves is to move his arms and hands all around when he is awake!

I know Carter’s Mom Emily because we used to work in the same Emergency Department. She has now moved on to a different business and is working as a Nurse Practitioner. It’s always great to see her smiling face. Emily is such a kind and patient soul. She kept saying “I just love him so much!” It was beautiful to see the love and emotion in her eyes.

Emily’s husband Will got to do what most Dads love to do during the session and that is nap! It’s always about 80 degrees in the room so I completely agree with his choice. Dad brought a Star Wars blanket and a perfectly sized Darth Vader toy. Those were my favorite props of the session. Carter also got to dress up as the Easter Bunny and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. His Dad’s birthday is close to St. Patty’s so that was very fitting!
