I met Becky and Michael last week at their home in Yadkinville. After hearing about the land and seeing some of the pictures Becky sent me I was so excited. These two are such a remarkable couple and I knew this session was going to be amazing.

Becky and Michael live in what used to be her grandparents house. The land around the property was used for her Grandpa’s gardens. They also have a tobacco barn and a pack house. All of these beautiful areas plus wheat grass and dirt roads made for some of my favorite spring pictures!

I also got to meet their rescue dog Watson. They rescued him back in February and he is a whippet/terrier mix. He loves his parents so much and even stuck his tongue out for one of the photos.

These two are so much fun. I want to have another session where we get to ride on a golf cart and laugh the whole time! Becky and Michael are so perfect for each other and I can’t wait to photograph their wedding.

Their wedding will take place on the Merlefest Stage in Wilkesboro and is filled with so many unique details! It is going to be an amazing one.
